You retain all rights to the data you enter into Depo Tracker. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide. You may export your data at any time.

Subscription and Payment

This application may eventually require payment for continued access. If a subscription fee is implemented, you will be notified in advance. You will be allowed to export your data if you choose to discontinue your subscription.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee that the application will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Depo Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from either your use or inability to use the service or resulting by the failure of Basee44, which houses the website and the website data. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data and other website malfunctions. You use the application at your own risk.

Data Backup

While we store and maintain all of your data in Base44's database, we strongly recommend that you regularly export and maintain your own copies of your important data.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
