Who We Are
This website application is a work in progress by Utah freelance reporter Brooke Simms, RPR, CCR, CSR, who was tired of her job notebooks stacking up and losing track of what jobs had been paid.
Website Features
- •Personalized Job Tracker: Customize what info to collect for each job through our personal quiz. Easily view your current workload from your dashboard which holds all your jobs' due dates, page counts, and statuses.
- •Online Storage: No more buying and storing notebooks.
- •Easy Searchability: Search your database by job name, attorney, case name, etc.
- •Case Spelling Search: Receive a compiled list of spellings from previous jobs by case name.
- •Page Tracker: Quickly observe your current page workload and past 6 weeks of page income to help you know when to outsource or whether you need to pick up more jobs.
- •Payment Tracker: Keep track of which jobs have been paid either by individual attorney order or by agency payment.
- •Exportability: Export your jobs in CSV or PDF format at any point by date range, payment status, job status, etc.
- •Link Jobs: Automatically create a new job with the same case and attorney information for back-to-back witness jobs. Jobs will display link to jump back and forth.
